Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the paid period.

Usage Limits and Fair Use

Intellectual Property

The IndexableAI service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IndexableAI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you submit for auditing. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your content for the purpose of providing our audit services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

IndexableAI measures answer-engine visibility via external search engines (Perplexity, Google, etc.). Results may vary based on geographic location, search timing, and engine algorithms. We do not guarantee that improving visibility scores will result in increased traffic or business outcomes.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IndexableAI, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IndexableAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IndexableAI operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
