Refund Policy

IndexableAI does not offer refunds. Once you access your audit reports and data, we cannot take that information back. All sales are final.

📋 No Refunds: Once you receive your audit reports and access to the platform, refunds cannot be issued.

This policy applies to all subscription types (monthly, annual) and all purchase methods. We encourage you to explore our demo and free trial before committing to a paid plan.

Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle after cancellation.

Annual Subscriptions

You can cancel your annual subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your annual billing period. No refunds are issued for early cancellation, but you will not be charged for renewal.

How to Cancel

  1. Log into your IndexableAI dashboard
  2. Navigate to Settings → Billing
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation

Your subscription will be immediately marked for cancellation at the end of your current billing period. You'll receive a confirmation email with the details.

Data Access & Retention

  • During Subscription: You have full access to all your audit reports and data
  • After Cancellation: Your data will be retained for 30 days
  • Data Export: You can export your reports during the retention period
  • Permanent Deletion: After 30 days, your account and data will be permanently deleted
  • Reactivation: You can reactivate your account within the 30-day retention period

Important Notes

  • All sales are final - the irrevocable nature of data delivery makes refunds impossible
  • No partial refunds or pro-rata credits are available
  • Refunds cannot be issued for services used in violation of our Terms of Service
  • We strongly recommend exploring our free tier and demo before purchasing
